- 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing made with EVOO
- 2 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 4 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
- Mix mayo and dressing in medium bowl.
- Add chicken, peppers and onions and mix lightly.
- Spoon onto spinach-covered plate and top with cheese.
