Mini New Potato Bites


  • 15 New potatoes (1 1/2 lb)
  • 4 oz PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives


  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 minutes or until tender.
  2. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, sour cream and Parmesan.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Drain potatoes and cool slightly.
  5. Cut in half, then cut small piece from rounded bottom of each.
  6. Place, bottom-sides down, on platter and top with cream cheese mixture, bacon and chives.
