Speedy Egg & Cheese Stack


  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 6 flour tortillas (6 inch)
  • 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
  • 2 Tomatoes, thinly sliced


  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cook eggs in nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 minutes or until set, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Place 2 tortillas in 9 inch pie plate, overlapping as necessary to cover bottom.
  5. Top with half the eggs and 1/3 of the cheese and 1/3 of the tomatoes.
  6. Repeat layers and top with remaining tortillas, cheese and tomatoes.
  7. Bake 10 minutes or until ingredients are heated through and cheese is melted.
