Salad Dressing


  • 2-3 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed
  • 2 tbsp tarragon wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Mash the salt and pepper, grated garlic cloves and mustard together with the back of a spoon.
  2. Whisk in the tarragon white wine vinegar, lemon and oil.
  3. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
