Berry Cheesecake Parfaits


  • 1 pkg (8 oz) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 pkg (3.4 oz) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
  • 24 NILLA Wafers, coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed blueberries and sliced fresh strawberries


  1. Beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy.
  2. Gradually beat in milk.
  3. Add dry pudding mix and mix well.
  4. Whisk in 1 cup COOL WHIP.
  5. Layer half of wafers, berries and pudding mixture in 8 parfait glasses.
  6. Repeat layers.
  7. Top with remaining COOL WHIP.
