Chocolate, Strawberry & Cookie Parfaits


  • 2 cups cold fat-free milk
  • 1 pkg (1/4 oz) JELL-O Chocolate Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 6 Reduced Fat OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, coarsely chopped (about 2/3 cup)
  • 1/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping


  1. Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 minutes.
  2. Refrigerate 5 minutes.
  3. Spoon 1/3 of pudding mixture evenly into 4 mugs or parfait glasses.
  4. Top with layers of half of the berries and half of the cookies.
  5. Repeat layers.
  6. Cover with remaining pudding mixture and COOL WHIP.
