Raspberry Summer Sensation


  • 1 qt (2 cups) raspberry sorbet, softened
  • 1 pkg (1 oz) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding
  • 1 cup cold fat free milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 1 cup raspberries


  1. Line 9×5 inch loaf pan with foil and spoon sorbet into it.
  2. Freeze 10 minutes.
  3. Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in COOL WHIP and spread over sorbet.
  5. Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
  6. Unmold onto plate and remove foil.
  7. Let stand 10 minutes to soften slightly before slicing to serve.
  8. Top with berries.
