Rustic Chocolate-Cinnamon Bread Pudding


  • 1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 3/4 cups fat-free milk
  • 6 cups cubed whole wheat bread (6 to 8 slices)
  • 2 squares BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
  3. Add egg whites and cinnamon and mix well.
  4. Gradually beat in milk until well blended.
  5. Place bread in 8-inch square baking dish and top with chocolate and cream cheese mixture.
  6. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set.
  7. Cool slightly.
