Toasted Marshmallow Brownies

Ingredients – Brownies

  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour

Ingredients – Frosting

  • 1 7-oz container of Toasted Marshmallow creme
  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Ingredients – Chocolate Glaze

  • 1 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and lightly spray 8×8 pan with baking spray.
  2. Combine butter, sugar and vanilla and beat until combined.
  3. Add in eggs and melted unsweetened chocolate.
  4. Mix until incorporated.
  5. Stir in flour and spread mixture into prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 1” from edge of pan comes out clean.
  7. While brownies are cooling, make frosting.
  8. Beat together marshmallow creme and butter until smooth.
  9. Slowly add in your vanilla and powdered sugar and continue mixing for 1 minute on medium speed.
  10. Reserve for later.
  11. When brownies have cooled completely spread frosting evenly on top.
  12. Finally, make chocolate glaze.
  13. In small saucepan, melt butter, unsweetened chocolate and milk over low heat.
  14. When melted, remove from heat and add in your powdered sugar.
  15. Stir until smooth and pour this on top of frosting.
  16. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until chocolate top is set.
  17. Cut into squares when ready to serve.
