Vanilla-Almond Fruit Tart


  • 1/2 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted, divided
  • 50 NILLA Wafers, finely crushed (about 1 3/4 cups)
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 pkg (3.4 oz) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruit (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, halved strawberries, sliced kiwi)


  1. Reserve 1 tbsp nuts.
  2. Finely chop remaining nuts and mix with wafer crumbs and butter.
  3. Press onto bottom and up the sides of 9 inch tart pan or pie plate.
  4. Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in COOL WHIP and pour into crust.
  6. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  7. Top with fruit and reserved nuts just before serving.
