Hot Chocolate


  • 1 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate (finely grated)
  • 1/2 cup whole dry milk powder
  • 1 orange, zested
  • 1 pinch cinnamon to taste
  • marshmallows (optional)
  • 4 cups milk


  1. Place grated chocolate, milk powder, orange zest and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl and combine thoroughly.
  2. Pour milk into a saucepan and heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. Stir in hot chocolate mixture and bring to a boil.
  4. Serve in Chinet Comfort Cups(R) to keep your chocolate hot throughout the holidays.
