Low Sugar Lemonade


  • 5 lemons
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 qt sparkling water
  • 1 handful mint sprigs


  1. Juice 4 of the lemons and slice the other one to set aside.
  2. Blend juice with applesauce and maple syrup.
  3. Stir in sparkling water.
  4. Pour mixture into large pitcher over ice.
  5. Garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs and serve.
