Sun Tea with Mint

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 black tea bags
  • rind from 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

Directions

  1. Combine water, tea bags, rind and mint leaves in a glass pitcher and set in sun for 6 to 8 hours..  (Or boil water, add ingredients and steep for 5 minutes).
  2. Refrigerate until chilled and serve over ice.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
