Sausage and Tomato Rigatoni


  • 4 cups Rigatoni, uncooked
  • 1 lb Italian sausage, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese


  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, cook sausage in large nonstick skillet on medium heat until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. Drain and return to skillet.
  4. Stir in onions and tomato paste, cover and cook 15 minutes or until onions are tender and sausage is done, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in dressing.
  6. Drain pasta and place in a large bowl.
  7. Add sausage mixture and mix lightly.
  8. Top with parsley and cheese.
