Sirloin on the BBQ


  • 2 tbsp GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1 lb), 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick
  • 1/4 cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce


  1. Mix first 4 ingredients and brush onto steak and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat grill to medium high heat.
  3. Grill steak 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees).
  4. Remove from grill and cover.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Slice steak and serve with steak sauce.
