30 Minute Almond Chicken


  • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 3/4 lb)
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed, halved
  • 1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
  • 1/4 cup PLANTERS sliced almonds


  1. Cook chicken in dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 4 minutes on each side or until evenly browned.
  2. Add broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Add beans and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is done (165 degrees).
  5. Remove chicken and cover to keep warm.
  6. Stir rice and nuts into beans.
  7. Remove from heat and cover.
  8. Let stand for 5 minutes and fluff rice.
  9. Serve with chicken.
