Cheesy Chicken Cacciatore


  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 2 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 package (14 oz) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz) stewed tomatoes, undrained


  1. Heat oil in Dutch oven or large deep skillet on medium-high.
  2. Add chicken and cook, while stirring, for 5 minutes or until browned.
  3. Add water, vegetables, oregano and Macaroni; bring to a boil.
  4. Simmer on medium-low heat for 12 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
  5. Stir in Cheese Sauce and tomatoes and cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
