Creamy Pasta Primavera


  • 3 cups penne pasta, uncooked
  • 2 tablespoons KRAFT Light Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 zucchini, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1.5 cups cut-up fresh asparagus (1-inch lengths)
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 4 oz PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese


  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  2. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat and add chicken/vegetables.  Cook 10-12 minutes or until chicken is done, stirring frequently.
  3. Add broth and Neufchatel and cook 1 minute or until Neufchatel is melted, stirring constantly.
  4. Stir in Parmesan.
  5. Drain pasta and return to pan.  Add chicken mixture and mix lightly.
  6. Cook 1 minute or until heated through.
