Grilled Chicken and Fruit Salad


  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb)
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 pkg (10 oz) torn salad greens
  • 2 kiwi, peeled, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup cantaloupe chunks
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Light Ranch Dressing
  • 24 TRISCUIT Crackers


  1. Heat greased grill to medium high heat.
  2. Grill chicken 10 minutes on each side or until done, turning and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce and cut into strips.
  3. Cover 4 salad plates with greens and top with fruit, onions and chicken.
  4. Drizzle with dressing and serve with crackers.
