Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp EVOO
- 1 lb boneless chicken, diced
- 2 cups instant rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup peas
- 1/2 cup pitted green olives
Directions
- Saute garlic cloves, green pepper and onion in EVOO for 3 minutes.
- Add chicken and saute for 3 minutes.
- Stir in rice, chicken broth, turmeric and salt. Cook until chicken is done.
- Add peas and green olives.
- Cook until hot.
