Sweet & Spicy Picante Chicken with Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 bags Success(R) White Rice
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 1/2 cups Pace(R) Picante Sauce
  • 3 tbsp packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard

Directions

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  2. Heat oven to 400 degrees and place chicken into 2-quart shallow baking dish.
  3. Stir picante sauce, brown sugar and mustard in small bowl and pour over chicken.
  4. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
