Grilled Salmon Packets


  • 1 salmon fillet with skin (1 lb)
  • 2 small red peppers cut into short thin strips
  • 3 cups fresh sugar snap peas
  • 4 tbsp KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing


  1. Heat grill to medium high heat.
  2. Cut fish into 4 pieces, placing each, skin-side down, on center of each of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Spoon vegetables over fish.
  4. Bring up foil sides.
  5. Double fold top and ends to seal each packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  6. Grill 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  7. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.
  8. Drizzle with dressing.
