Island Citrus Fish


  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 6 cod fillets, catfish or tilapia fillets (4 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Light Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves


  1. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Combine sugar and cumin and sprinkle 2 tbsp over fish.
  3. Place fish in skillet, sugar side down, and sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture.
  4. Cook 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  5. Remove from skillet and cover to keep warm.
  6. Add lime and orange juices to skillet and cook on medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in cilantro and mint.
  8. Spoon evenly over fish.
