Hawaiian Luau Pizza


  • 1 pkg (11 oz) refrigerated thin crust pizza crust
  • 1 12-oz piece deli ham
  • 2 green onions with tops, divided
  • 1 large jalapeno pepper
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Smoky Applewood Rub
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup canned pineapple tidbits, drained


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and lightly Large Bar Pan (cookie sheet) with canola oil using Chef’s Silicone Basting Brush (silicone brush).
  2. Unroll dough onto bottom of pan, gently stretching and pressing dough to cover bottom.
  3. Bake 12-14 minutes or until deep golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, dice ham into 1/2 inch pieces.
  5. Thinly slice green onions; set tops aside for garnish.
  6. Finely chop jalapeno.
  7. Combine ham, onion bottoms, jalapeno, ketchup, rub and pressed garlic in bowl and mix well.
  8. Stack cheese slices and cut in half diagonally for a total of 16 triangles.
  9. Remove pan from oven to cooling rack.
  10. Evenly top crust with ham mixture, pineapple and cheese slices.
  11. Bake 5-6 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  12. Remove pan from oven to cooling rack and cut into 16 rectangular pieces.
  13. Sprinkle with reserved green onion tops.
