One Pot Herb Crusted Pork Chop Dinner


  • 8 boneless pork chops (2 lb)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 pkg (24 oz) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner
  • 2 pkg (10 oz each) frozen green beans


  1. Sprinkle both sides of chops with seasoning and heat oil in large soup pot on medium heat.
  2. Add chops, in batches and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  3. Remove to plate and cover to keep warm.
  4. Add water to pot and bring to boil.
  5. Stir in Shell Macaroni and reduce heat to medium-low and cover.
  6. Simmer 10 minutes and then add beans and cover.
  7. Continue cooking 6 minutes or until pasta is tender and beans are heated through.
  8. Stir in Cheese Sauce and cook until heated through.
  9. Serve with chops.
