Pizza Casserole


  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 1/4 cups grated mozzarella, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan, divided
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1/2 lb smoked sausage, diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded basil leaves


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix rice with 1 cup mozzarella, 1/4 Parmesan, tomato sauce, smoked sausage and basil leaves.
  3. Spoon into dish and top with 1/4 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
