Balsamic Chicken Salad


  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing made with EVOO
  • 2 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 4 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese


  1. Mix mayo and dressing in medium bowl.
  2. Add chicken, peppers and onions and mix lightly.
  3. Spoon onto spinach-covered plate and top with cheese.
