“Egg-stra” Special Skillet Dish


  • 1 lb potatoes (about 3), peeled, cubed
  • 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese


  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water 5 minutes and drain well.
  2. Cook bacon in large nonstick skillet on medium high heat until crisp, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
  4. Wipe out skillet with additional paper towel.
  5. Add onions and peppers to skillet and cook and stir on medium heat for 3 minutes.
  6. Add potatoes and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Make 6 small wells in potato mixture.
  8. Crack 1 egg into each and top with bacon and cheese.
  9. Cover and cook 5 to 8 minutes or until eggs are set.
