Peas and Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Cook rice in chicken broth, covered, for 20 minutes.
  2. Stir in peas, parsley, butter and pepper.
  3. Cook until hot.
