Bacon & Caramlized-Onion Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 3 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon
  • 1 1/2 lb fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Light Ranch Dressing

Directions

  1. Cook bacon in nonstick skillet 3 to 5 minutes or until crisp, turning frequently.
  2. Drain bacon on paper towels and discard drippings from skillet (do not wash).
  3. Place asparagus in microwaveable casserole or 10×4 inch dish and add water.
  4. Microwave on high 4 to 5 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
  5. Meanwhile, add onions to skillet and cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender.
  6. Stir in dressing.
  7. Drain asparagus and top with sauce and crumbled bacon.
