Rice Krispie Treats


  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) regular marshmallows OR 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups Kellogg’s Rice Krispies


  1. Melt butter in large skillet over low heat
  2. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.  Remove from heat
  3. Add Rice Krispies and stir until well coated
  4. Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into a 13X9 pan coated with cooking spray
  5. Cut into 2 inch squares when cool

*Note: Best if served the same day.
