Momma’s Thanksgiving Corn


  • Bacon (1 slice/serving), chopped
  • large bag of frozen sweet corn
  • sweet onion, diced


  1. Cook bacon in a cast iron skillet on medium heat
  2. Move to a paper towel-lined plate to cool and drain
  3. Cook onions in bacon grease until translucent
  4. Chop bacon
  5. Add corn and chopped bacon to onions and stir to combine
  6. Season with cayenne pepper and chili powder to taste
