Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • French bread
  • Parmesan cheese, sliced
  • Roma tomatoes, diced
  • pinch of ground black pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of basil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • olive oil

Directions

  1. Saute garlic in olive oil on low to medium heat.
  2. Put slices of French bread in saute pan with garlic and flip to get both sides coated.
  3. Saute until bread is toasty and garlic is done.
  4. Toss tomatoes in pepper, salt and basil.
  5. Lay cheese on top of garlic toast.
  6. Top with tomatoes.

    I’ve been working on my own personal bruschetta recipe for a few weeks, but have finally come up with something that tastes absolutely delicious! If I change the recipe, I’ll let you know! But for now, this one will do just fine and I hope you like it as much as I do. 🙂
