I made this one for my roommate to take to a wedding she’s attending. All of my roommates got to sample one beforehand and said they were great! I loved the way the pudding tasted in comparison to the cocoa powder I normally use in cookies. I’m not too big of a fan of white chocolate, so I might go for Double Chocolate Lovers next time and add semi-sweet chips, instead.
