BBQ Chicken Pizza with Feta


  • 1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inches)
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
  • 1 package (6 oz) OSCAR MEYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Original BBQ Sauce
  • 1 package (4 oz) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1 small red onion, halved, sliced and separated into rings


  1. Heat oven to 450
  2. Place pizza crust on baking sheet and sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella
  3. Toss chicken with BBQ sauce and spoon onto crust.  Top with feta, onions and remaining mozzarella
  4. Bake 10-12 minutes or until mozzarella is melted and crust is golden brown.  Let stand 5 minutes before cutting to serve

    I had a lot of fun baking this pizza. My boyfriend, Gavin, and I decided it would be a fun, quick dinner one day and we wanted to try it out. Not only did it taste delicious the first time, but the leftovers were great, too! Also, it didn’t take very much time to prepare or to bake, so we were able to eat pretty soon after we had put it together.

    Thank you KRAFT for this great recipe! I’m sure to make it again and recommend it to my friends! 🙂
