Chicken Parmesan


  • 1/2 box of Angel Hair pasta
  • 1/2 jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 2 chicken breasts, thawed to room temperature and pounded to 1/2″ thickness
  • olive oil, enough to be 1/4″ deep in pan
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • bread crumbs and parmesan cheese to bread with


  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  2. Heat up sauce in a saucepan and keep warm on burner.
  3. Salt and pepper the chicken breasts on both sides.
  4. Cover in bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
  5. Place in pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Cut through the chicken to ensure there is no pink.
  8. Place a spoonful of spaghetti on plate, topped with sauce and chicken breast.
