Parmesan, Chicken & Broccoli Pasta


  • 4 oz whole wheat spaghetti, uncooked
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Light Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
  • 4 tsp KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese


  1. Cook spaghetti as directed on package.
  2. Heat dressing and garlic in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and broccoli and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring, until chicken is cooked through
  4. Stir in tomatoes and 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cook 1-2 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  6. Drain spaghetti and place on serving plate.
  7. Top with chicken mixture, remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

    I loved this recipe – it was very simple to put together. I altered it a little bit because it was Friday during Lent, so I eliminated the chicken for now. Also, I switched the broccoli to asparagus because I like that better. I really liked the Italian/garlic flavoring the vegetables picked up from being sauteed. It turned out nicely, and I look forward to trying it with chicken.
